Everyone has noticed the situation in the crypto markets in the last weeks where not only the big names like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Monero, Dash, etc, but almost every crypo has had a downfall in price and probably continuing to do so. Now the question is why?? Sure the news about the regulators and some governments getting involved in the matter had their impact but that shouldn't have affected the prices so much, because we all know the value of the technology that they bring, so why is that?? My opinion? It's because the cryptocurrency market has a lot of get-rich-over-night investors and lots of unprofessional traders. Now someone might ask what does this have to do with it? I does, and quite a lot actually. What happens is that this type of investors get scared easily as soon as they hear something they pull out without analysing if it's right or not, what can you expect if the majority of them started trading motivated by their FOMO and not by logic. Because the number of these so called traders get FUD the prices drop at this rate. Now if you are reading this and have invested and are thinking of surrendering, DON'T!! Be patient the market will fix it self soon but if we all pull out there wont be much to fix, so HOLD and be patient, only this way the situation will be fixed at a much faster pace.
