I don't know if dropping the interest rate comes with some consequences I don't know about, but honestly the DHF itself and how it's been handled is really saddening, I hope they can come to some consensus and find a way to stop it from bleeding, I can't believe that let it come so far without taking any time to even look into it. It's so sad right now
