Yes, it's quite understandable if you choose to stop swapping, I said it anyway..... It isn't the right time to actually buy because the market has not bottomed, but then when it does, I honestly would advise anyone to overlook the current frailties of the market and invest for 2028.
Also, for the "selling and buying" situation, I think it's just normal that people would sell more in a bear market, I just think it's the fear and euphoria of the market. It's ironic, but that's just the case.
