Goal
Eqwity wants to create or build the easiest way to enter to the STO market by using a decentralized ecosystem that aggregate, standard and digitize the services to perform an STO.
STO Plus (STO+)
Eqwity will introduce the STO+, this is a new hybrid model that entitles to a complaint security tokens as well as utility token in a two in one (2in1) package. This improvements aims to bring back the notion of “access to services” previously provided by the utility token.
Proof of Viability (PoV)
Eqwity will also introduce the PoV system to prevent non viable or destined to fail projects for them to be able to raise funds from the community, it is important to include an audit phase in the process.
STO+ Platform — One-Stop Shop
Eqwity wants to solve STOs technical and legal problems in a unique ecosystem by providing company incorporation service, security token issuance, fully digitized compliance process, decentralized project audit (Proof of Viability), viability label issuance, security token public offering platform and digital asset custody.
Company Incorporation (optional)
This is for raising funds for STO+, in here the team will need to incorporate a company for being able to issue Security Tokens.
Security Token Issuance
STO+ issuance is an application that enables every issuer to build a very sophisticated Security Token in just a few minutes also this app will be user friendly and very easy to use.
Compliance Process
STO+ Compliance is an integrated smart platform aiming to aggregate all necessary service providers for performing a compliance process anywhere in the world, to standardize and digitize all procedures for each targeted country and area, and to bridge with a maximum of financial regulators for drastically reducing procedures duration.
Project Audit: Proof of Viability (PoV)
This phase will be based on PoV model this will prevent non Viable or destined to fail projects for being able to raise funds f rom the community.
Project Submission on STO+ Public Offering Platform (optional)
This is for raising funds through STO+ via Eqwity’s public offering platform, In here the project founder will need to submit an online application, Each project will need to successfully pass the project audit stage and hold at least 10,000 EQY tokens in their wallet for being eligible to submit their application in the STO+ Public Offering Platform.
Listing Preparation
After all the previous steps have been validated and passed Eqwity team will communicate to each selected team team their private access to enter the STO Plus platform, so that they can start setting up their public offering campaign.
Premium Marketing Service
Before and during the fund raising of each project Eqwity will promote all the projects hosted by their STO+ for free through their social media, newsletters, events, Eqwity Investors Club.
However the team still need to provide a more comprehensive marketing strategy to reach all the investors around the world.
Public Offering
Showtime, after everythings get ready the public offering period will take place.
Digital Asset Custody
All the funds raised will be stored in the Eqwity team custody to ensure the highest level of security to our customers or investors and after the end of the public offering the funds will be automatically transfer to the project main wallets.
