A recent study published in Nature on Monday suggested that crypto-money mining is a process that requires much more energy than other shiny metals.

Actually, I never thought of that. Have you thought? I don't think you did. Crypto money mining wants a ton of energy.

Researchers have been examining Bitcoin's extraordinary energy requirements for years, and this new comparison shows that rushing in crypto production has a negative impact on the environment.

They say, I'm not saying. For those who do not know how crypto money mining works, let us briefly explain.
Crypto currencies, created with a block chain; a digital notebook that basically watches verified transactions
Crypto mining mainly adds a new block to the block chain and earns miner's coins.

The computers that do this make complex and intense calculations. All this is of course happening in a virtual environment.

All these calculations require a great energy requirement. Research has shown that this requirement increases day by day. The global average data on carbon emissions from mining is between 3-15 million tons.
Moreover, the research team says that investigations on the crypto currency are only for energy consumption and they do not take into account the need for cooling and other energy needs.

I'm saying that my research doesn't aim to create a negative perception of crypto-money mining, but people should be made aware of this.

In addition, researchers warn the public that the effects of this abstract currency can be concrete.
Using renewable energy sources, it is also a fact that crypto mining can reduce carbon emissions. Krause says that improvements can reduce this impact in the long term.
