Yep. These are certainly red flags.

Ultimately only genuinely decentralised projects like Bitcoin, Hive will survive.

Governments can and will come after centralised projects as they realise that the cryptocosm is going to make them mostly or completely irrelevant and dramatically reduce their power (which they have abused).

Most Projects have very large centralized Token Stakes, I can't tell good and bad actors apart while they all gather as much power as possible for themselves. HIVE is really unique in that way.
