Floyd Mayweather announced on his Instagram that he is going to invest on Stox ICO this coming August. Although ICOs might be a bad introduction to blockchain technology, this is still a huge deal for blockchain and crypto community in terms of publicity and opening the door for mainstream audience to be curious and learn about blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

Not sure how I feel about this ICO, I'm reading that the people associated with backing of the ICO are a shady bunch.
ICOs are getting out of control. Best to stay away from them.
I agree - they're riding Bancor and the Ethereum blockchain. I'm not a big fan of the Bancor algorithm/value proposition. I'm worried about a possible pump and dump given Mayweather's statement. But it may be good for a quick buy and sell.
