You know this very well in recent time but coin jumps to $1200 in price and goes to $7000.
Why is this happen?
In My previous post I would tell you about futures market. In futures market, predicts the price of Bitcoin and and do leverage on it.We see that the Bitcoin price touches to $6800 and again go back to $5800. This was done in 4 times And people get over confidence that the price again goes to $6800 and touches back to the $5800 but now the time the futures market play a game with us at this time the Bitcoin reaches $6800.People do short in leverage trading but the price of Bitcoin increases about $1200 and goes up to $7000.
When the price of Bitcoin about $8000 the people think that the Bitcoin price goes upward but the price go down to $7,000 and again people think that the price go up and again the price go down up to $6000. This process continues up to 4 times and the people get over confidence that the price again go down but the price of Bitcoin goes up from $6800 to $7000.
So that is why I think that the Bitcoin price is regulated by the features market.
I agree and at the moment I'm habituates to these constantly fluctuation.
