Crypto Payment Service Bitpay Launches Bitpay Send
Bitpay send now allows organization to process their crypto currency payments and hold crypto behalf of them
It can be used to complete payroll payments and process multiple crypto currency payments.
Bitpay send is available in 225 countries where users needs to complete KYC and a bitpay wallet in order to use their service.
The service has been already adopted by advertising platform Adgate media in order to pay it's affiliates around the world.
Adgate President Dan Sapozhnikov explained many of it's affiliates are located outside North America and Europe where to access bank accounts can be difficult so they choose bitcoin instead.
However, Adgate doesn't hold any bitcoin and to avoid risk they choose bitpay send as bitcoin is quiet volatile.
Bitpay is a U.S Based company that launched in 2011.
It processed almost 100k transaction per month in 2020 mostly in bitcoin.
The firm is backed by multiple investment ventures like Funders fund, Index group, Virgin group and Aquiline Technology.
