3 more things that I would like to mention.
i) Make sure that your software is the latest version.
ii) The ETH address in KYC and software setting must be the same
iii) Ensure that you log in 72 hours each week Friday 12 PM UTC is the cutoff time for the week to end and start
I have the 0.6.2 version, eth address are the same and I've been connected for more than 80 hours from August 31 - September 7. Do you have the contact email for NOIA? can't find it anywhere on their site.
