In one of my " i wonder what to write about moments " i found myself reflecting on my previous article regarding the adoption rates of technology. I then thought to myself that tech is becoming so rapidly adopted and changed it almost doesn't make any sense! Then i wondered what is the 'actual' age of bitcoin cased on Tech Adoption theory?
If we look at the Algo difficulty of Grandad Bitcoin, its sitting at 3000 Giga Hashes which is enough to power a small city! Thats insane but true so then what are the approximate ages of the say the Top 5 crypto coins? Firstly how did i come to establish this strange line of thinking.

- Time variant against Technology Adoption Curve model [TV] - now at 3 years.

Coin Growth - 12000%
TV - 3 years
Approximate Age: 68 years
Ethereum
Algo Difficulty - 3000 T/h
Market Cap - $1 670 110 000
Time in Market - 4 years
Coin Growth - 7000%
TV - 3 years
Approximate Age: 49 years old
Ripple
Algo Difficulty - None - Over 200 institutions have adopted Ripple globally. This radically escalates adoption time frame as if it were being mined like Bitcoin. Inverse analysis was used on this.

Coin Growth - 350%

Approximate Age: 35 years old

I find this kind of information and research fascinating as it allows us a deeper look into the actual price valuations of these coins.
