The question is when this will happen. SEC reveal that they should review the BTC ETFs rejections. No time stamps announced yet. To my calculation Crypto madness from 4 quarter of 2017 should repeat in February March 2019 with key lvl 32k for BTC respetive rise of other cryptos. Maybe we can see 50 bucks per SBD / Steem. But only the big fishes know exactly when the time will come.
