On March 5 2018, we opened up the Pre-Sale for our ICO. To participate in the Pre-Sale, you must register your information in the whitelist as well as successfully verify yourself in our KYC process. Please note that citizens or residents of the United States, China and Singapore (or any other jurisdictions, where participation in the StarCoin distribution event is or may be considered unlawful or illegal) are not allowed to participate and will not get verified.
If your KYC submission was successful, you will receive an email with information on how to participate in the Pre-Sale, including what smart contract address to send your ETH to. If your KYC submission was not correct, you will receive an e-mail with a new KYC link in a few days. Please fill in and resubmit your KYC application, as soon as you receive the new KYC link.
