The War of Confidence

in #crypto7 years ago

In 1971 the United States removed itself from the gold standard, and put itself on the fiat system. Fiat systems are backed by "full faith and credit", in otherwords confidence. Dollars work because people are willing to accept them as payment, and your willing to receive them as payment due to that reason that you can pay for things. If people generally lose confidence in the currency we have situations like Venezuela. People lost confidence in that currency to the point where people weighed the currency, and eventually the Central Bank of Venezuela wound up printing currency with more zeroes on the notes. This is where the war comes into play. If people are more confident in precious metals and crypto currency the value of the Federal Reserves Dollar and its influence will go down. Therefore the confidence in those has to be attacked. The precious metals was the first wave. The banks who basically own the federal reserve went out and created "naked" (meaning having no real backing), and dumped them on to the market bringing the price down. They continued to do this so that there was no indicator on the stock market that dollar has lost value. Then along came crypto Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin to challenge the confidence of the fiat dollar. Then the attacks came for crypto. The banking institutions took the fiat at their disposal to purchase crypto and then dump it to hurt confidence in crypto. The best ways to deal with the attacks is to first remain calm do not dump crypto do to one day. Precious metals and crypto are hedges against the fiat system, an insurance policy if you will. The second is teach people about cryptos outside of people in the crypto community this will lead to wider adoption and a greater demand. The third is use crypto in as many purchases as possible. It will push businesses to further adopt, and they will see it as advantageous since they don't have to pay for every transaction like credit cards. This how to approach the battle with crypto, and precious metals. Keep Calm and Keep Stacking.
