Created with thousands of images and videos of rocket launches through history, with a special focus on recent launches and "landings" of SpaceX Starship. The StyleGAN2 is trained on these hand selected curated images by Bård. When it looks good he stops the training and finds the best selections from the billions of possibilities and then the latent space is navigated between 6 or 7 different points to simulate a launch.
