It is apparently becoming very common to find cryptocurrency ATMs at airports and this will further aid embracing cryptocurrencies more so to a new market segment of frequent travellers who do not necessarily have interest in keeping the currencies of the countries they have visited as souvenirs.

This definitely is a great way of accumulating cryptocurrencies for newbies and those interested in experimenting with the different crypto assets. It is an initiative that should be adopted in most of the Scandinavian countries because many of the travellers to these countries come with the cash mentality that is still held pretty much every where else only to find out that it is more difficult to spend cash in these countries even for as ridiculously small amounts as 30 NOK for a cup of coffee in the case of Norway, because there are simply no cash registers in most places as every one else has pretty much moved on to a digitalized economy.

To this end Schiphol Airport has become the first European Airport to offer the automated kiosk to buy ETH and BTC and more EU member states should look to this example to offer the same kinds of services. However, prior to this, Brisbane Airport, Australia became the first to undertake this initiative and sincerely I am optimistic that more and more airports will adopt the same measures to bring crypto to as many people as possible.

Looking forward to your thoughts on which places would be a great target to install crypto ATMs
