Right now the market is experiencing some changes and we might no have a clear vision of which ICO is going to rock.
But my favorite ICO of the moment is Verge (XVG) and my second is Cardano (ADA) those coins are under-valuated and costs almost nothing but I think that in a future will give us huge profits if you are holding some.
