New video cards comes in market for cryptocurrency mining.

ASUS and Sapphire have released mining-specific video cards, with variants based off of NVIDIA's GP106 GPU, and AMD's RX 470 & RX 560 video cards. Being built for high hash-rates rather than visual graphics horsepower, these cards are distinctively sparse in their display output offerings.

Sapphire’s new Mining Edition Radeon RX cards are available with either 4GB or 8GB of memory, and users can purchase more expensive models with Samsung memory – which is slightly more efficient at mining cryptocurrency.

Sapphire Radeon RX 470 Mining Edition 8GB (Samsung)—£300

Sapphire Radeon RX 470 Mining Edition 8GB—£290

Sapphire Radeon RX 470 Mining Edition 4GB (Samsung)—£260

Sapphire Radeon RX 470 Mining Edition 4GB—£249

Sapphire Radeon RX 560 Mining Edition 4GB—£170

The other thing to note here is that Sapphire offers two of the models with Samsung-brand memory chips. These have been known to clock higher than Elpida chips, so users can get better mining performance.
