A forum account associated with the Cryptoconcurrency Exchange has issued a new statement to BTCA, which claims to be under the control of Databases and Bitcoin Wills.

As CoinDesk reported, BTC-e - Bitcoin exchange of the world was one of the longest running and most confidential - last week was targeted at a comprehensive international police effort.

Greece authorities arrested Alexander Vinnik, accused of operating the BTC-e and was accused of laundering billions of dollars with Bitcoin over a multi-year period. The US Prosecutors later organized 21 referendums, including a fine of $ 110 million for BTC-E.

However, just a few days later, BTCA's account lives in Bitcoin Talk Forums. That initial message, promised to return the funds to the users of the exchange, even though no clear period of time is given. It further denies that Vinnik was mastermind behind exchange or even a "our service worker".
