In recent months, two of the key themes we have been working to implement at Autonio are the removal of friction for our users and overall simplification. We have been examining everything from our products, to our marketing materials and user experiences, all with the aim of lowering the barrier of entry for new users and enhancing existing user experience as much as possible. Towards that end, today we are releasing our new lightpaper and Help Desk platform.
Our new lightpaper is designed to be a brief, but informative overview of what the NIO Suite is and how its products work. Although we will soon be presenting our full format version 3.0 whitepaper for a more detailed look at the project, we also felt it was important for us to produce a condensed version of the content. The idea was to create a document where people that have never heard of Autonio could read it within a few minutes and walk away with a solid understanding of the project. In essence, the lightpaper is designed to be shared. It will become one of our go-to resources that we provide to new members of our community, and our hope is that it becomes one of the first documents you share with someone when they ask you “What is Autonio?”.
The Help Desk is another crucial piece of making the NIO Suite an easier platform to access and use. Until this point, we have primarily been providing technical support through our Telegram chat. We are very fortunate that we have such a motivated and supportive community that has always been very active and engaged in helping new users. However, Telegram is a difficult medium to document our knowledge base thoroughly and follow up with specific requests over time. Potentially valuable lessons about how users interact with the trading terminal, or areas where we could improve the platform, are more easily lost in an active Telegram chat.
With our current support on Telegram, users often need to recall keywords to use the search function efficiently and find previous insights from other community members. There is not an intuitive organization of knowledge and resources for them to interact with in the same way that is possible with Help Desk. Furthermore, as we begin to roll out the other products in the NIO Suite, such as the NIOdex and NIOnet, we will need to be as efficient and comprehensive as possible in the manner we provide support and resources for each product. We are still in the process of adding content and resources to the Help Desk, but we would like to invite you to sign up today and begin to get acquainted with the platform. Start adding resources you feel are helpful, ask questions about the products or suggest new features to the NIO Suite that you would like to see implemented.
We will still be offering whatever assistance we can provide through Discord and Telegram, but we feel that by providing users with intuitive and comprehensive resources, they will more easily be able to answer their own questions and enhance the growth of community overall. We believe that with your support and engagement, together we can build the Help Desk into one of the defining features that makes Autonio a more accessible and informative experience for our entire community.
