What Is Civic Coin? New ICO

in #cryptocurrency7 years ago

Civic’s model is on-demand, secure and lower cost access to identity verification via the blockchain.
Background and personal information verification checks may no longer need to be undertaken from the ground up every time a new institution or application requires one. Civic already has a working identity verification product that is available worldwide. Civic has won Best New Startup award at the K(NO)W Identity Conference 2017.

This will help create a decentralized identity ecosystem and will be known as the Civic Token (CVC).

Why this will be beneficial and a big deal in the security space:

Now that we put all our secure data on our computers and mobile devices, security has never been more important.
Secondly, we are all in a hurry, time is money. We need security and speed.
This is what Civic is all about.

Who will use this system?
Anyone and everyone can benefit from keeping there most important data secure.

When we go to the airports and need to confirm our identity.
Banking and finance.
All major corporations and there employees.

The growth could be endless and that is why I think this could be a great opportunity.

Many influencial advisors are also involved in the company, such as:

Matt Roszak Co-founder and Chairman of Bloq
Jeff Garzik Co-founder and CEO of Bloq
Anthony Di Iorio
CEO & Founder at Jaxx and Decentral,
Founder at Ethereum

Civic had a pre ICO sale on June 21st, 2017 and is expecting to be on market by August 1st, 2017.

This could be a good one. Many big corporations will adopt this system and governments many very well also.

What are your thoughts on this new ICO?

But how do you use the coin? And how it made?

The token is used in conjunction with the Civic app. It uses the token to secure identification data to the blockchain. It is an ER20 token so its not made, they are all pre-mined

I bought as many as I could. I worked at Microsoft in the Identity and Security Group and have an understanding of the importance of Identity Management.
