I think it's the 'competition' that's the key. Bitcoin has some things going gong against it like it's slow transaction speed and high cost. I believe the crypto market as a whole will continue to grow with Bitcoins share of the market decreasing. Interested to see if your prediction of $4k bitcoin come to fruition.
