When enough countries have adopted it and it is operating successfully, it will reach a tipping point where it gets adopted en mass by all the remaining countries. They will have no choice at that point because to refuse to accept it will put them outside of world markets and limit their countries ability to trade with the rest of the world. While I am not an economist I have read numerous analysts predicting widespread adoption in the next 5 years.
