Do you believe that investing in ICOs is a good thing?
And since I'm a new to crypto world and investing, would it be a smart thing to invest if you have a small budget/portfolio?

I follow only few people that talk about crypto on Youtube, and you're one of them ( btw, not being a kissass(not sure if it's called like that on English)).
Government regulations is doing the crypto market no good. Now say most ICO's would be doin private presale that automatically means that we are goin to missing out some nice stuffs thanks to federal regulations too bad. Wow using your crypto as collateral I don't really understand that though I should find out about the salt landing it sounds great. Being able to avoid tax by using your coins as a collateral is a major boost. You really got a lot of exposure from the conference thanks for sharing.

I feel like this year will be the year many new ICOs will prove themselves and help cryptocurrency gain traction around the world. However, it is also a double-edged sword with the abundance of currencies diluting the ones with good use cases. Really wish I could have attended the conference!
