Its a common practice for big companies to sell online user data to the highest bidders and this is the reason why you get those spam emails, the Ads you see on websites may times contain malware and if you somehow fall prey to them then there is not much you can do about it. The whitepaper is well written, user friendly and descriptive. They explain how even in a ad free environment website owners can generate revenue with ICE. I liked the concept of having two tokens, OIO will be distributed during the ICO and ICE will be mined and given to the website owners instead of the traditional ad system. The hard cap of 50mil. 47,186,412$ have been raised at the time of writing this so as you can see there's not much time left for you to get in so hurry up! However, this post not only talks about the ICO and why to participate in it but also why you should be excited about the product and even if you miss out on the ICO, at least try out the extension and perhaps buy OIO from exchanges as I think the value of ICE and OIO will somewhat increase after August when they release their beta.
Maximum bonus you can get on the tokens is 25% which is great as I see many projects giving 50% or even a 100% bonus on their tokens which is actually really bad at least short term wise as it may temporarily bring the token below its ICO price.
Team
The team is alright, but I don't know anything about their previous achievements. A quick search on the team members results in a few social media accounts with not much activity. . Final thoughts
Although this seems like a decent project, I have my doubts regarding it been just an extension and the abuse of time spent per user on the website and the rating system. Yes, if implemented correctly then I can see this project surpassing its ICO price around 20% or more but its just my speculation.Ironically searching for online.io and microleaves results tutorials on how to remove their adwares but this is even before the project actually launched officially. I would give this project a rating of 4.5/10 as I'm not so sure about the rumors and financial growth of the extension itself.
I'd say watch the video, read the whitepaper and if you think this is a good project, go for it!
