Hello dear steemians, this article highlights my thoughts about the recent crypto market and future expectations. We all witnessed the BTC rally to 13k$ before this sudden drop to 8k$ range and even below.
There have been many speculations and it seems altcoin season will never come. All these are mere market emotions and I urge everyone to be optimistic especially altcoin holders. Be aware that some altcoins won't last the test of time hence be selective in the alts you choose to hold for long term.
Some exchanges can't keep up with the market and there has been a case of shutdown, this happened recently to coinexchange. Do well to withdraw all funds from that exchange before the deadline given, which is 1st of December 2019. Expect to see many scams claiming to be coinexchange too.
All eyes should be on ETH since it's possible to go up to 200$+ again since ETH 2.0 is yet to be launched. This will allow staking for ETH since there will be upgrade in consensus algorithm to POS.
Moving forward, I think next year 2020 will be great for crypto. Reason being the halving news will boom BTC price and after that, people will want to shift their gains to altcoins, hence altcoin season will be feasible.
