IOTA team released IRI 1.2.4
Major changes:
Fixed synchronization issue in previous build.
- optimized tip selection - added maxDepth
- match address and ports of TCP/UDP neighbors
- load tips on IRI start-up
- added initial zmq support

This is not a wallet upgrade. 2.3.0 is latest wallet version and upgrade is coming soon.
