NOIZ chain network is an upcoming cognitive ad exchange platform that will be using Artificial Intelligence (AI) based on the blockchain technology. It is focusing on data transparency among all parties while ensuring optimized user experience while empowering social impact campaigns. solving the problem of ad fraud which has been the setback to the decentralized ad network. NOIZ chain network will give its consumers control of their data privacy and will be advised on what information to as they interact with ad exchange program. It will ensure that users will be able to interact directly with brands within online and on NOIZ app.

NOIZ chain network is introducing an ad exchange program by using a smart-contract blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI) by connection publishers and advertisers to a single platform. NIKOLA has created an artificial bot that will create a dialogue between the consumers and ads by which will be collecting, authenticating and finally analyzing consumer’s intent so as to match them with their needs and preferences of more direct and targeted marketing.
Advertises will pay a digital advertising fee to which they will earn NOIZ tokens, which will, in turn, use them to pay for ad creation on NIKOLA and for consumer engagement i.e for their personal information. Consumers will earn coupons from a pre-set number of tokens on completion of tasks. enhancing consumer based consensus and allowing business to thrive.
Publishers will receive tokens for advertisement spaces, they will also be allowed to exchange tokens for personal data shared by consumers.
To enhance consumer protection, they will have to view the ads from publisher’s sites, therefore, they will be able to share their data in terms of customer satisfaction. They will be allowed to redeem tokens earned or share by donating towards social impact programs.
NOIZ chain network is introducing a system where the society will benefit from donations through a token program where they will receive tokens directly from advertiser’s, publishers and consumers. those community-based social impact programs providing the results will earn monthly prices of NOIZ tokens after voting by users as they will share their stories during the campaign period

NOIZ chain network will use peer to peer ad marketing where publishers will interact directly with advertisers. NOIZ tokens will be awarded to consumers who will share data with publishers and advertisers. they will earn airdropped NOIZ tokens by viewing ads on NOIZ application which will be redeemable. Introducing a consensus-based publication and content approval will enhance high-quality content for campaigns by ensuring that there will be no publication of malicious software’s or promoting fake news.
Through its decentralized network publishers and advertisers will be able to authenticate customers provided information and advertisers data.
By incorporating a peer-to-peer system publishers and advertiser will comfortably interact and engage in ads and get incentives while widening the market.

Through NOIZ chain network users are incentivized to receive promotions, the system will have a proof of their engagement. The more a user interacts with NOIZ app and operates online, they will earn tokens which are redeemable and additional perks. users will have to meet certain criteria to which they will have their needs and tastes analyzed so as to have a more targeted marketing than before. NOIZ chain network will introduce direct air dropping of tokens to customers who have their opinions through surveys or share private data

Tokens pre-sale
NOIZ chain network tokens sale will be done to potential token holders. the token will be distributed during the token sale and some will be retained in reserves. NOIZ tokens will be sold at a price of $0.25 per token which will be distributed among purchases, market participants, and the NOIZ core team.
Distribution will be as follows;
• 45% NOIZ tokens will be sold during token pre-sale
• 20% NOIZ tokens will be shared among core members
• 15% NOIZ tokens will be kept as reserves
• 10%NOIZ tokens for charitable foundations in the platform
• 8 % NOIZ tokens for advisors
• 2% NOIZ token for the community through bounty program

NOIZ chain network plans on raising a soft cap of 15,000 ETH and a hard cap of 60,000 ETH
A voting project will be introducing where publisher ’s, advertisers and consumers will vote towards which social impact projects will be awarded NOIZ tokens.

Advertisers, publishers and consumers in NOIZ chain network platform will have to get an ERC20 wallet or use their current ERC20 compatible wallet which will be used for identity verification. This wallet will allow tracking of transactions and ensure seamless flow of NIOZ token, only registered ERC20 wallets will be authorized to make transactions within the platform. Publishers will use NOIZ wallet to accept advertising request, advertisers will use the wallet to log in to the system in order to create ads on the other hand consumers will use the wallet to login in also accept data requests from publishers and advertisers and for token exchange.

A dedicated team is working on a collaboration to bring together talents from different sectors in marketing and by using new technology they have created the best system . this gives consumers a chance to interact with publishers and advertisers directly, this will inter bring better quality goods and services. Investors are not left out they have a chance to participate in presale of NOIZ tokens, bounty programs will create awareness towards the program.
