I just came across a great website for tracking trends and developments within the cryptocurrency market that I want to share with you tonight.
BitScreener condenses a lot of data with search and sort panels within easy reach, right there above the fold. Following is a screen grab of the home page, where you can see a Bitcoin chart, and a conTEXTual cloud of top searches atop three columns, listing top coins, performers, & losers.
Scrolling down will present you with an interesting Heat Map of the Crypto Market, just below a list of top news stories.
If the initial view seems a bit light, focus in on the tabs available, just under the search bar. Aside from the Home view, we find News & Coin Screener tabs, the latter of which offers sorting controls to present you with a veritable treasure trove of market perspective.

Gotta stay on top of all the news on the coins so you can buy in before the fomo and sell before people dump them.
As an enthusiast I prefer investing in long term holds and coins or tokens that have actual products launching. The primary reason I am a proponent of crypto currencies is because of the non-stop abuse we've seen from banks & the various centralizers. Power corrupts. Blockchain offers a unique solution to this ancient problem.
Of course, trading alts to build my BTC holdings doesn't suck. :-)
