You can use the platform from @orinoco they have very good rates and you can switch between several FIAT currencies, different cryptos or payment processors such as Zelle or PayPal.
I have been using that platform for more than a year, it is safe, only the hive or another of the options it has is transferred and you wait a few minutes for your payment.

You’ll have to have an intermediate coin. For example, Hive to Litecoin to USD. I use Litecoin or Dash as the intermediate because they have lower transfer fees than Bitcoin.
@blocktrades is where I do most of my conversions. You send your Hive and Blocktrades sends the intermediate to whatever address you want where you can convert to USD.
now my issue is --- how do i link my HIVE account. my previous account i got a posting, active, owner keys but this current account i only have a password key.

Unfortunately, there is no Hive dapp yet that can directly do HIVE to USD. 🙁 You need to use exchanges such as #Coinbase or #Binance to withdraw your HIVE there, then withdraw them as cash. 🤓

Unfortunately nowadays you need to sell your Hive for another cryptocurrency, because Hive is currently not supported by Coinbase.
