Proof of care in short means you care for company and also willing to do your bit to let others know about the how great Quantstamp is and in return for this Quanstamp will show that they also care and give you percentage of the different projects tokens that they audit.
Some of the ways you can show that you care are as follows :

The team has a algorithm which determines your proof of care score and it is that score that determines what percentage of the airdrop you will get.
