At Full Tilt Crypto, we're different. Yep, we give the same disclaimer but it's because we're absolute novices, average Joe’s, even schmucks at cryptocurrency. We do offer one thing though, honesty. So when our picks are sh*t, we'll admit it!
Last Monday’s, Full Tilt Crypto made a series of predictions on cryptocurrencies and oh my, things turned out bleak.
Since starting this winners and losers (only 3 weeks) segment we’ve made 4 gains out of 18 picks, with an overall loss of 9.1%. Yep, we should have just put the money into Bitcoin…
Anyway, onto this week's picks review:
Highlights:
- None of our picks made a profit.
- Bitcoin gained nearly 6% over the same period as we lost 10.1%.
- Po.et (POE) had the biggest market loss at 23%.
- Only Stellar (XLM) didn’t make a loss, resulting in a parity pick.
Lessons learned:
- During the week many of the coins declined in value at similar ratios.
- We questioned whether the downward trend was a concern for 2018 overall but with Bitcoin growing over 7 days, could it just be the stronger blockchain projects and cryptocurrencies rising from the pack?
- Ethereum isn’t the right trading pair for Full Tilt Crypto. We’re going for BTC love in the future.
