In times like these, I do want to remind people that looking at the USD valuations can be a HUGE trap for gunbotters unless you're only botting FIAT to BTC pairs. If you're botting BTC-xxx or ETH-xxx or other pairs, make sure you're paying close attention to those pairs.
As long as the value of your base currency rises in the long term, it doesn't matter very much what the price is now. What matters is how your pair is doing in relation to the BASE.
In fact, it's when BTC makes large swings that I find I make the most profit (in BTC terms) -- because that's where the volatility lies. Later, when BTC rises, I have more BTC due to the BASE I've gained during these turbulent times, when other people have blindly sold off their coins in a panic, or left stop loss orders sitting on the exchange, or used really thin STOP_LIMIT settings on their strategies, so they buy in, and it sells off to my bot.
Remember just a few things if you believe Bitcoin is going to be worth more in the future:

Gunbot works to increase BASE and doesn't care about FIAT
It's not a loss until you sell and make it a loss
If you're a manual trader, and you like to look at coinmarketcap, coin360.io, watch youtubers, read the headlines and such, you might understandably panic during these massive crypto dips. If you bought at the top, you're definitely scratching your head, pondering the meaning of life and possibly wondering about selling off. If USD is important to you, then again, all of that is understandable.
But if BTC is important to you -- just remember, BTC is BTC. Gunbot's job is to increase your BTC, period. It does so by buying other coins, waiting and selling it for higher amounts of BTC.
So, if you believe BTC will be higher later, then ignore the FIAT value now.
In fact, you can revel in the current drop, because other people will keep selling theirs coins to you and your Gunbot. It will happily gobble up their coins. You can sleep while Gunbot profits.
