My recommendation was to do your buying or trading for an hour or 2 a couple times throughout the day, if you are an active trader. Then go about your normal business. If you feel the need to watch your Crypto make sure you are watching when its on the way up. If you do not know the signs and do not wanna stress, my less stressful opinion.
