Today, I will teach you how to secure your crypto without using a hardware wallet. I am also using this method and I want to share it to everyone, specially to those people who are lazy to buy a hardware wallet.
MalwareBytes - this application will help you protect from any unwanted virus that crawling inside your computer. Some anti-viruses cannot detect a malware ,so it is much better to have a dedicated protection against malware. Scan your computer time to time.
Mcafee WebAdvisor - Mcafee Webadvisor helps you block phishing websites and websites with viruses. At the screen, it will show if the website is safe to access or not. It's web browser extension which you can download for free.
Lastpass - Lastpass is password manager. This is very helpful because it can generate unique passwords that is hard to hack. This web-browser extension also helps you from email and password phishing because you don't need to type the email or password. All you have to do is to click an icon and it will automatically fill your saved email and password. No need to type which means no keyboard strokes. And also, enable the 2Fa for the security.
Dropbox - you can use dropbox to store your passwords and make sure you enable the 2Fa just to be safe.
Emails and passwords - make sure you use unique email and password in each and every accounts. If you use same password to all of your exchanges, hackers can easily login to your account.
Bookmark - bookmark all the exchanges or website you use for crypto because website phishing is on trend.
Note: If you know that your computer has a virus, make sure to reformat it before installing the application wallets from different coin. Always be cautious.
