This post is an official document published by Insight Green LLC. Please note that Rstory tokens are precisely measured, non-fungible units of Insight Green LLC's corporate value 'gratitude', which is an abstract and inseparable component of our company's brand identity. This means that Insight Green LLC may arbitrarily issue or transfer Rstory tokens to any entity at any time, but can not transfer ownership of Rstory tokens. So any party who receives Rstory tokens, whether in 'tude' state or 'rusty' state, does not own said tokens, but instead holds said tokens in its custody. Please see the diagram below for a summary of the Rstory's operation in relation to the main existing blockchain projects on which the Rstory network is projected to rely on in 2019.

Basket 10, quantity 1,299,999 shall be created for the purpose of offering gratitude in 2 issuances. Issuance 1 offers tudes to the 800,000 United States federal workers financially harmed by the recent government shutdown (less one due to a known conflict of interest) on a one-per-worker basis, deliverable to any qualified party on request at any time in 2019. Issuance 2 offers an initial 500,000 tudes to participants in a forthcoming Insight Green LLC-led effort to crowdsource an indexing, transcription, and annotation of a broad collection of selected historical government documents for the purpose of creating a dataset that modern data science techniques can easily be applied to. These documents shall include include: 1.) MK ULTRA and related documents from CIA, 2.) MHCHAOS and related documents from CIA, 3.) COINTELPRO, Security Index (SI) and related documents from FBI. Any individual or group that is willing and able to participate in developing this project's early stages should comment to that effect on this post.
