Invox Finance appoints Virgil Capital’s David Lu as Investment Advisor

David Lu, venture partner of Virgil Capital, has recently been appointed investment advisor to Invox Finance. Virgil Capital is a hedge fund specialising in cryptocurrency arbitrage, which returned a whopping 500% after fees in 2017 and has managed $23.5 million to date.

With a degree in law and finance, David is also a co-founder of Textbook Ventures, a student-led venture firm promoting entrepreneurship and venture capital in the Australian tertiary education space.

David’s experience in Textbook Ventures has provided him with a wide scope of connections and network as well as a deep knowledge and understanding in the startup industry.

“I’m very excited to work with existing businesses that can benefit from leveraging blockchain technology to expand or streamline their current product. Invox Finance has both a strong track record in the invoicing finance industry and is building a much needed solution that provides liquidity to entrepreneurs and small to medium businesses in Australia, and the world, at a fraction of the cost,” added David Lu, venture partner of Virgil Capital.

Invox Finance is highly confident that David will be a great addition to the team of advisors leading up to the Token Sale.

In revolutionising traditional invoice financing, Invox Finance will provide a decentralised peer-to-peer invoice lending platform allowing all parties to directly connect, interact, share and distribute information through the Invox Finance platform.

Unlike traditional static invoice financing, Invox Finance uses dynamic invoices that will enable all parties to update invoice information in real time, insure immutability and manage sensitive information access.

“I’m very excited to have David Lu from Virgil Capital join our team as an advisor. His extensive experience in startups and strong investor network are going to be a huge help in getting our platform off the ground. It’s also great to be working with another Aussie in the crypto space,” said Invox Finance co-founder Adam Mezhvinsky.

More about Invox Finance:

Invox Finance Pty Ltd was founded by members of the ABR Finance Pty Ltd team. The Invox Finance Platform is a decentralised peer-to-peer invoice lending platform that will allow sellers, buyers, investors and other service providers to directly connect, interact, share and distribute information. The platform will create a trusting environment by facilitating transparency between parties and rewarding performance. This platform will disrupt and revolutionise traditional invoice financing by implementing a system where trust and transparency between all parties is developed through an in-built reward system. In addition, the execution of transactions and flow of information will not be dependent on one single centralised service provider, but instead governed by a transparent set of rules executed on a fully distributed ledger.
