I think second or third tier providers will look to it as a way to deliver their data with less overhead. Bigger providers squash it, adapt, or die off. The question will be if they can band together on a new model before this catches on. Like many crypto projects I think it is way out for the developed country user but it could really help with the lack of infrastructure in developing countries. Im not banking my retirement on it, but it is at least original and objectively a good idea.
