iDice ICO proves to be a SCAM

in #cryptocurrency7 years ago

In an article written on hacked.com the Ethereum 2.0 gambling platform appears to be a scam. They released their ICO and if you are interested in cryptocurrency iDice has created a lot of buzz.

Articles have come out saying iDice ICO is going to make the next round of millionaires and seemed to have quite the marketing team behind them. However there are quite a few pieces of evidence, according to hacked.com that lead to this being and ICO SCAM!

  1. They formerly had a team page. Their anonymity is actually what red-flagged this author, but apparently there’s more to it than that. There was a discussion regarding stolen pictures and aliase that did not present itself to the author in search results at time of research.

  2. We can verify that they have been paying for marketing via sponsored articles in various cryptocurrency publications. A discussion about that appeared in yet another forum.

  3. The CEO is currently in hiding from LinkedIn.

  4. A fourth point offered, not as valid, is that the technology of iDice is essentially a clone of Etheroll.

  5. The most damning point is that their ICO does not actually end. As you can see, the clock on the ICO just restarts every 30 hours or so. As this is being posted there are 3 hours and 20 minutes left to the ICO. I will be keeping my eye on it.

Always do your research and due diligence, but this one even with the research seemed to fool a lot of people!
