Just now, Wirex have released an update to yesterday's announcement that all cards provided by WaveCrest would be cancelled immediately. They have announced that the development teams have enabled full balance conversion from all issued cards back into your Wirex bitcoin wallet.
This means that, from Monday, if you have any fiat currencies remaining on a wirex prepaid debit card they will be automatically converted into Bitcoin at the current exchange rate and transferred into your wallet. No action from you is required.
