I did some research and found some not knowed coins that have low cap, low price and low popularity but will get pumped in a few months or weeks for sure
Vertcoin (VTC)
Only 38,871,100 VTC circulating supply, Volume $22,639,400 (5,095 BTC) and the price 1$ (was about 0.40$ price a week before)
Shift (SHIFT)
Only 11,116,247 SHIFT circulating supply, Volume $326,127 (73.39 BTC) and the price 1.23$ (was about 0.70$ price a month before)
Particl (PART)
Only 8,677,296 PART total supply, Volume $131,307 (29.51 BTC) and the price 8.28$ (was about 5$ price a month before)
Elastic (XEL)
Only 100,000,000 XEL total supply, Volume $544,006 (122.28 BTC) and the price 0.44$ (was about 0.85$ price a week before)
All good coins to medium/long term

Solid post. Same thoughts here. I strongly advice people to only buy in to cryptos that have a solid background: A solid team, product, advisors, preferably VC investors, etc. Sell all cryptos that don't have this solid background. It's a waiste of money. Besides coinmarketcap.com there is: https://www.coincheckup.com. I'm using this site that gives in depth reports on every tradable cryto in the market. I haven't looked into XEL yet, I'll give it a look.
One in particular that I like which has a low cap is LBRY Credits at $25 million. It's a favorite of many crypto experts, so I can see this easily doubling, tripling or more.
XEL is a solid project, supercomputer in blockchain
I don't like LBRY because of the platform, they have a good idea but seems they have some problems executing it and doing it properly but can be good for sure
