There are many different crystals and rocks in the photo but I don't think any are pearl stone. I'm not sure what kind of crystal is just to the left of the blue amethyst though. My guess is that it is another type of amethyst or maybe quartz.
I think this is a type of pearl stone, because it almost resembles the pearl of beautiful color my dear friend
