tl;dr : Start here choose Earn ... - Watch Videos - Open AdWall / EngageMe TV videos – on up to 3 devices at once

The world of faucets and affiliate links can seem like a unsavory little corner of the internet, however I'm intrigued by the idea of passive income. Since mining is now only available to people with specialized devices, it seems like the dream of Satoshi – that cryptocurrency could be generated by the people for the people, has been lost.

I've been trying proof-of-stake, writing on Steemit, and more recently, I've been playing around with EarnCrypto.

So far I've been impressed by the results...

How to start collecting small amounts of cryptocurrency by watching video

  • Sign up EarnCrypto
  • Choose the cryptocurrency of your choice (from 68 coins/tokens, more added regularly) – you can change your choice whenever you'd like
  • Choose Earn your crypto from the top navigation
  • Select Watch Videos
  • From the list of AdWall videos, open one of the EngageMe TV options
  • Open these links on up to 3 devices (you must keep the video window active, not on a hidden browser tab)
  • Watch your Activity to see regular amounts added
  • When you've reached about $1-$2 worth of cryptocurrency you can choose Redeem and send the cryptocurrency to your personal wallet.

I've gone through this process, earned some cryptocurrency and have made multiple withdrawals – I can confirm it's legitimate – however, I'd advise against the other options for earning, as they can be time consuming.

Sort:

While it may not be a scam in your opinion, it could be considered spam. Spam is not appreciated by the community and could be flagged or may result in action from the cheetah bot..

Some things that can be considered spam:

  • Banner ads of any kind
  • Referral links/codes
  • Repeating the same post
  • Links to known scams, phishing sites, and other dangerous links

The only thing I've done in that list is to post a referral code, which I included a disclaimer for. I didn't know this was frowned upon.

I've been using this site legitimately to collect small amounts of cryptocurrency, so I think it's unfair to see this post as not being useful information– but I accept your criticism.

seems a bit crazy to use 3 devices, i would suspect many users would get busted for having the same ip.

I just started trying this a few days ago, as I like to see whats out there. Seems you can leave it on overnight for up to 3-4 hours before it asks if you are still there. It generates about a dimes worth of crypto in that time-but then again maybe I am blocking some ads by mistake. It doesn't count views by videos watched, it counts by certain video ads that are not part of the video stream and those don't always appear after a normal video. 10 cents a day is about $36/year. Not really something useful as a source of income in the usa (unless you are a kid), but probably overseas assuming it works there.
I am also finding that if you leave the video playing in its own window in the background, it still chugs along. I always keep my pc on mute.

actually looking at the logs, it was more like 4-5 cents for those 3-4 hours. they were ticking at .4 points, rather than a whole point. A whole point being worth about a cent.

How about this guy. He uses about 80 devices and makes about $1800/month. I take it he lives in/near a major cities, as some of the sites don't like where I live.
