Really interesting article, indeed blockchain could revolutionize environmental problems, such as climate change, hunger, plastic waste. However, the mining process that involves blockchain uses a lot of energy...
Some of them are using proof of stake and there are also many new mining projects using green energy... Like Swiss Alps Mining!
