Well, what a surprise, Jackson Wong a user of KuCoin went to visit KuCoin's offices in Hong Kong and found nothing. Already this same user in January of this year began to show concern corresponding to the legitimacy of KuCoin.
He also indicated thet KuCoin would not be operating from Hong Kong as they claimed, since the registered address would be in China. This is important to mention since the People's Bank of China had commented that they would block access to all cryptocurrency exchanges whether local of foreign and ICO websites and this would have affected KuCoin.

The offices that are supposed to be on a 20th floor had sign that said "Smart Team International Bussiness ltd." very similar to the name that KuCoin would have registered a company called "Smart Team Secretarial ltd". People from neighboring companies told Wong that the company had moved years ago and would not find employess anywhere.
