XMRIG is supporting both drivers. About the hashrate of a RX570 I'm not sure, it is mostly depend on the size of RAM of the gpu. I get from my RX580 around 33 MH/s. I assume that your RX570 will do around 26 MH/s. You might have the chance to unlock some MH/s by undervolting your gpu.
