Smart Valor offers to tokenize classical assets and any securities. In addition, Smart Valor offers to tokenize any assets, including cryptocurrency. Thus, Smart Valor is ideal for cryptocurrency startups that can implement their ideas thanks to the issue of tokens.
Investors on the Smart Valor platform choose the most promising startups by voting. The investor's voting right depends on the number of Smart Valor tokens he / she owns.
Smart Valor is a decentralized marketplace for tokenized investments. It provides access to the digital alternative resources for people around the world.
What has been done
Smart Valor is registered in Switzerland and has the largest office in Zug in Crypto Valley, where there are more than 200 different crypto startups. Tomsom Reuters chose Smart Valor as one of the 5 startups that joined Tomsom Reuters in Zug, Switzerland. Forbs select Smart Valor among the 10 most exciting technologies in Europe. The startup also has other awards.
The platform has been in development since June 2017. A demo version of the platform is already available.
The purpose of the development of Smart Valor is to become a kind of Amazon for tokenized assets, where each investor can create his/her investment portfolio consisting of both investment assets and crypto assets.
In the 2nd quarter of 2018 it received the status of financial intermediary as a member of the Swiss Association for quality assurance of financial services (VQF).
In the 3rd quarter of 2018 it applied to The United States Securities and Exchange Commission, SEC.
In the 1st quarter of 2019 it is planned to get a banking license.
Team
Smart Valor has a team well known to crypto community with the extensive experience in the development and promotion of startups. CEO Smart Valor Olga Feldmeier was a founding member of Swiss Crypto Valley, managing partner at Haro, Executive Director at UPC, worked at Barclays Capital and Boston Consulting.
The details of the ICO
The price of the Smart Valor token is 1 Swiss franc. 45 million VALOR has been allocated for the sale of tokens. HardCap is 45 million VALOR.
Soft cap of 3 million Swiss francs has already been reached. Thus, the minimum amount necessary for the development of the project ideas has already been collected, which means that all plans will be implemented.
Already 1 and 2 rounds of pre-sale have ended. Until the end of 3 round of pre-sale remaines 4 days. Investors during the 3rd round receive a bonus of 35%. There is a 6-month lock-up period after TGE during 3rd round. Additional bonuses are:
- 5% bonus for additional 6-month lock-up;
- 5% bonus for an investment of between 50,000 and 100,000 Swiss francs;
- 10% bonus an investment of more than 100,000 Swiss francs.
The minimum investment amount is 1,000 Swiss francs.
Project development
The launch of the Smart Valor platform is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2018. The demo version of Smart Valor platform is already available. In the 1st quarter of 2019 it is expected to get a banking license. In the 2nd quarter of 2019, Smart Valor will start providing services for the securitization of tokens and basic banking services, launch the listing and trading of security tokens on the Smart Valor platform.
