Banks, Corporations and "normal" People don't want to buy and sell with volatile crypto-currency, they want to use their flat currency they already know and have.
There is a need of a central trusted organization generating currency Tokens on the blockchain against flat currency at the simple rate of 1 USD Token = 1 USD in real life.
Only then people will start considering crypto-currency to pay online.
That's not the real problem.
The problem is that you can't buy food, gas or pay bills with bitcoin.
I mean, people will say you can, but it's always a bunch of extra steps and procedures. It's tedious to use bitcoins.
In my opinion, you can't buy food (for example) with Bitcoin because it scares the seller: One day it worth 700 USD and the next day it worth 650 USD...
By generating USD Tokens, we would be able to remove the negative impact of volatility for day-to-day business.
And who might that "central trusted organization generating USD Tokens" be? I hope you are not thinking of the Federal Reserve?
I must admit I never thought of such a thing as you are prorposing, but for the sake of argument, decentralization is a strength of cryptocurrency that empowers it to operate as a distributed autonomous organization. Why would USD Tokens need centralized oversight?
It would remain decentralised, no one would control it, but we would have equivalence 1 USD = 1 USD Token (which will remove the negative effect volatility).
Any company that would be trustworthy (low risk of default) enough would be able to generate USD Tokens. For example, Banks could do it (they could buy USD Tokens to centrals banks then exchange them to their client).
