Until government administrators can so identify the interests of government with those of the people and refrain from defrauding the masses through the device of currency depreciation for the sake of remaining in office, the wiser ones
will prefer to keep as much of their wealth in the most stable and marketable forms possible — forms which only the precious metals provided before the arrival of Bitcoin.
Cryptocurrency is not about the ups and downs of the digital currency market; it’s not even about a new unit of exchange to replace the Dollar, Euro or the Yen. It’s about freeing people from the dictatorship of centralized trust!
Cryptocurrencies are borderless. That is, their usefulness derives from a set of agreements struck by participants who aren’t confined to any one state.
The fact that within the Bitcoin Universe an algorithm replaces the functions
of [the government]…is actually pretty cool. We have elected to put our money and faith in a mathematical framework that is free of politics and human error.
The total value of all cryptocurrency in circulation is now almost $150 billion and this is just the beginning.

It is truly wonderful that an algorithm can replace what was needed from the government. The more they are removed from our lives, the better.
I believe over time, the volatility will diminish. It is at an elevated rate due to the fact so many people are just now finding it.

Bitcoin is very elegant. The scene surrounding it, consisting of humans, not. It is noisy, message and full of emotions. Reason to let the governance of currency in the hands of code. Elegantly and transparent. Humans need not to apply.
