We really do have some things in common! I've been on the Bitshares DEX also learning and making mistakes for the past few months, but I definitely see its potential as a platform to draw in businesses and to expand into the community as a top hitter in the crypto world.
Banks and interest on credit won't control our lives anymore and we can directly support what we value.
Reading your post, I remembered one realization I had last year is that cryptocurrencies will essentially "free" money. It may be a hard concept to process because you have to see and realize that money isn't free. It is tied up with banks and governments. It's not that they are evil and did something wrong; however, it IS time for banks to retire and for people to manage their own funds and livelihood.
